Job Title: Analytics Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Position Description: We are looking for an analytics professional to manage reporting for Display, SEM, and Social media, all the way from data pulls to the final client deliverables.  Candidate must have experience leading digital media reporting for complex campaigns. This role will be remote. There is flexibility for this role to be freelance/part time or full time.  Ideal situation is full-time.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

·       Data pulls from a variety of sources, including ad servers, DSPs, Google Analytics, Attribution tools, etc.  

·       QA and troubleshooting of data/tracking

·       Data aggregation and analysis

·       Maintaining communication with colleagues to understand creative testing, landing page changes, and other aspects of the campaigns that merit analysis

·       Identifying actionable insights for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports

·       Creating report deliverables for colleagues and clients, primarily in Excel and PowerPoint

·       Ability to be client facing, work independently

Qualifications:

·       5-7 years (3+ years in advertising analytics) of experience in digital media reporting, preferably multi-channel

·       Demonstrated ability to own campaign reporting from data pulls to final client deliverables

·       Experience creating customized data views/visualizations

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Expert at Excel pivot tables, vlookups, etc.

·       Familiarity with Tableau a plus


Job Title: Programmatic Media Planner

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support Programmatic Media Directors with management of assigned Display Programmatic Buys
  • Work with Programmatic Directors to ensure buys are meeting goals
  • Work with Programmatic Directors to ensure pacing and frequency of campaigns
  • Pulling audience and data insights with regard to optimizing media buys 
  • Provide strategic insights
  • Analyzing new opportunities with prospects and providing strategy guidance
  • Day to day management and support of client’s Display Advertising Campaigns including:
    • Ongoing campaign reporting, analysis and optimization
    • Attend any weekly and monthly client calls to review performance
    • Setup new client accounts, maintain client accounts and provide excellent customer service during the process
    • Pay very close attention to detail by evaluating all client initiatives and keeping informed of new promotions, offers, changes to the site, etc. 
    • Provide consultative services and be responsible for making recommendations to upgrade client’s campaigns
    • Stay closely up to day on industry trends 
  • Other duties may be assigned
